Curt Schilling

Schilling is the best pitcher to put on a Phillie`s uniform since the days of Steve Carlton, and despite being on a sub-par team can dominate a game. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, Schilling has found a warm reception from the Philadelphia Phillie`s faithful. He has amassed 300+ strikeouts in the past two seasons and even holds the National League record for most strikeouts by a right handed pitcher at 319. A great athlete, Schilling is also an excellent fielder. He has also lead the league in most pitches thrown 2 years in a row and, in 1998 had 15 complete games.
